Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Exchanges or compensation are accepted only in the following cases:

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the product and its packaging. We will promptly send a replacement or provide compensation at no additional cost.

Note: Personal preference or choosing an incorrect shade does not qualify for a return due to health and safety reasons.
